I have a friend at church and she said what i was doing was distracting her and other people during church, i manly rub my hands till they burn or pound my bony wrists in to wooden seat or try to dislocate myself.

I find myself more prone if im previously upset and disagree with the message being said by the paster or i dwell and emotionally act out , several have tried to support me and stop me.
