On the day I say one if my new meds - topomax- has been doing well preventing migraines I get a migraine. Precious little I can take since I'm on Coumadin. Hope and Tylenol and try to sleep . Maybe a hot shower if I can't sleep. I took benedryl which I get at the ER though not at such high a dose of course. I really don't want to go to the ER.
