hey buttercup. i dont know you very well but i completely understand that feeling like crap after session .people here sometimes call it T hangover.it can get quite bad sometimes. are you able to contact your T when this happens?

my T and i are dealing with this issue some what these days also i have to try and believe that it will get better in time.
