OH Alf if I was there I would give you a slap...lol...only kidding...but please remember to take your meds...before you go to bed at night...make sure you reload your meds...make it a ritual like brushing your teeth...or instead of brushing your teeth...lol...anyhow, put your meds in a small pill box and put them in the pocket of your pants you will wear the next day...then in the morning they are there for you if you forget to take them...they are with you already!!! Do it please...slap slap slap....lol
