Ok... yes it does take consistency to take them on time and all, I agree.
Hmmm. what if you bag up your meds into those little plastic bags once a week, 7 bags? Would that help? Yes, you would have to fix the bags up...
Put a bottle of water or glass of water by the chair where you generally crash on the late nights...and by your bed? That way you won't have to get up to get that...
I have a similar problem in the middle of the night, when I need the pain med, often I wake but am in too much pain to take medicine! (and half asleep) I set the pill out in a pill holder, and I have a half pint of bottle water with a no spill sippy top

so I can drink the water while lying down.

But it's taken me a long time to put things together that work for me.
