It's a pretty standard SSRI. It depends on the dose. I'm actually on 60mg, the highest anyone would ever prescribe it,and most doctors don't dose above 40mg. So to me, it is a heavy drug, because it totally stops my panic attacks and well, it has to work pretty hard to do that.
