but, I wanted to know your thoughts and idea's too.

If you could change ONE thing about your experience with your illness what would it be? How?

Get crazy, be creative, aim to the impossible. I want to know your thoughts and idea's!

I would have taken my medications as prescribed when I was younger...many times I question myself about how much I would have healed and at a faster rate if only I had taken my meds as prescribed... maybe I wouldnt be as bad off now if I hadnt let things "fester and grow" out of control. maybe all the hurt I caused my family and friends during those times when I refused my meds or skipped out on my meds would not have happened....

but alas we cant go back and undo whats already done so I dont worry much about what I would change of the past. I think about making sure I take my meds as prescribed now so that in the future when I look back I wont have any regrets and wishes to change the past problems associated with my mental disorders.
