To be honest, the new Obamacare is 13,000 pages of legislation and no one knows what is truly in there!
I take ashwagandha (prescribed by MD) and holy basil to help with inflammation, and also ginger which helps with all sorts of pains from migraines to stomach upset/aches. There are more... do some research on the net and then check into the ones you think might help you.
However, Biotin, D3, and Vitamin C are key basics I take as well, MD prescribed.
Of course valerian root (330+mg), passion flower, scullcap are great for calming and sleep...camomile in any form as well.
