After my experience with klonopin I had for anxiety I am kind of afraid to rely too much on the trazodone or take it every night so I don't take it very regularly.

This is exactly what I do...cant sleep until at least 1 am and my bf's alarm goes off for work at 3:30 am and my alarm at 5:45 to prepare for the day. Not to mention the waking up constantly(about every hour)and having very vivid dreams....mostly bad and often repeated. I often wake up in a panic and struggle getting back to sleep. Thank u for being you and understanding.
