Yes, I think there is no need to take this personally. It wasn't directed at you. This person may not know you had an eating disorder. People are insensitive and use words loosely. It was just a pun. I find it amusing, but it would be bad taste to post it say in a group of people with the disorder.
Facebook is a trashy company and the system tends to plaster things all over the place where they are unwanted. Your situation is a case in point. I had to get off there because my BPD relative would rant her questionable reactions all over the place all the time. It was painful to see her assassinating her future employment potential when an employer googles that stuff.
