I started taking antidepressants (prozac 20 mg) recently and it has made sex take longer to finish than it used to. My doctor recomended that I don't take them on the days I want to have sex if I experienced side effects. When I first started taking them I couldn't achieve orgasm. After ahour I stopped. It didn't feel like I was close and she wasn't having fun anymore. Then when I skipped a day I was able to finish but it took like an hour. Before the meds I usually have sex for like 20 - 30 mins.

Is there anything that a guy can do to achieve orgasm faster? Having sex for an hour is nice, but it gets to be uncomfortable. She stays lubricated but after an hour both us are sore. Sex was better when it didn't last as long.

When I am by myself it takes like 5-10 minutes. It takes longer with her because I am enjoying things and not rushing to finish. Also when she has an orgasm I slow down because she become super sensitive and she needs a break for a few seconds.

One option is to switch meds, but there are only a couple without side effects. I would hate to change meds if this one work to something that may not work. So far there hasn't been any other side effects, except I was super anxious the day I skipped the meds.

Any advice? I know most people have the opposite problem.
