Eating healthier too. A protein bar and banana for breakfast, a green salad with shrimp and hummus chips for lunch. I am fighting off tiredness, but I just ate lunch. And I'll get off work today at a decent hour (5:30 to be exact), so I'll be able to go home and fix a decent dinner.
