I need ideas from folks on how to fall asleep when you are too tired to sleep. I put in an 18-hr day yesterday and you would think I would have passed right out when I laid down, but I hurt too much to sleep.

I can't take anything but Tylenol, which is a wimpy pain reliever, at least for me.
It is 2 a.m. and the alarm is going off at 5:30, and I would like some sleep! -- but in addition to hurting, I can't shut my brain off, either.

I don't have any sleeping pills handy. (I shouldn't need them!) How do you calm yourself enough to sleep?
