You have to work on awareness of and dealing with the feelings that make you want to hurt yourself. We don't do this for no reason. For most people, it takes professional help to work through that stuff. SI is just a sign that you have something that you aren't dealing with effectively. Is there anyone you can talk to about getting into therapy?
