Nope.. This isn't the place for apologies.. here it is okay to be who or what you need to be.
Crying.. it is cleansing.. so I think it is a good thing to do... let it out.
screaming and throwing things is pretty normal too if you have anger within that is being stuffed... alot of people in therapy find a certain relief and satisfaction in punching pillows.. and screaming at top of their lungs.
i have even heard of people who buy dishes at a secondhand shop just to have them to throw and smash... it helps to release the anger and frustration.
There is nothing wrong with emotions, as long as you can let them out.. not hold them in where they build up and fester.
Anyway, we all have those down times so don't feel like you can't. You aren't alone here.. hang in there!
