please please don't start, my left hand is covered with burn scars that wouldn't look good in a wedding ring pic (if someone was daft enough to marry me) and in the cold they stand out and get noticed and i can see how people change how they see me when they realize. I dont self harm anymore, due to some great cbt, well ok i hit myself sometimes but no cutting or burning... please dont start as its addictive.
