I am no expert on eating disorders. We are a bunch of folks who have our own issues who are trying to help others. My reaction is, though, that it doesn't sound like a true eating disorder to me. It seems like a way of dealing with stress, and as you say, a lack of time to cook healthier foods. Also, you are in touch with reality and are not doing things like binging and purging.
You didn't ask for advice, but maybe your doctor's office can suggest a better eating plan.
I am obese myself, so I don't have much room to talk. I was trying to exercise by walking, but then I fell down some steps and now my knee isn't able to do much.
Hmm. Somebody needs to make macaroni and cheese that's still satisfying but not as fattening!
