I'm not in a good place right now.. I feel very alone, and I'm worried I'm going to feel like this always.
I'm not having a good day at all, i was supposed to sit an exam this afternoon and literally walked in sat down and walked straight back out again.. My head was not there, not even a bit. I left and drove around.
I just want to feel nothing right now, all these emotions are too much to deal with. I want to just drink wine and go to sleep. It's such a mess
