you consume fewer calories at lunch if you eat breakfast. so since the poster did consider that weight loss might be helpful (not necessary, but helpful), I pointed out that the poster could make two very simple improvements in the diet - stop consuming sugar and start eating breakfast.

High protein breakfast, e.g. eggs, is best.
