my brother is divorced and recently in new romance. he just found out hid ex wife decided to punish their 9 yr old daughter by making her stand outside naked. i am shocked and scared for my niece. my brother , ex wife and girls are in counseling and i am encouraging him to ask that the ex have supervised visits until her emotional state is more stable is this behavior abuse
