Hold onto every bit of hope that you possibly can & whatever you do, don't let go of it!
Maybe you need to get into see your T more often? Try a new medication? Perhaps some physical therapy and occupational therapy will help you gain a sense of enjoyment for a little while. Do what you really need to do to get yourself into a better, healthier state of mind.
