You're right, in general people don't care. I am guilty for not listening as much as someone important wanted to tell me. but I couldn't.. I had to go to class, I have to study, have my own problems I need to resolve, someplace I just had to go. You're right, we are too preoccupied with our own lives, we need to slow down and just listen.

I don't trust many people that's why I don't talk to others, but I come on here, and I write, and I thank people who listen cause there are few who do
