That is great that you started new treatment as you stated in your post, you mention you hated your therapist and pdoc, I understand how that can be, but keep in mind they aren't there for a popularity contest, sometimes you need to be patient and listen to what they have planned.
True there are some morons out there with titles, pdoc.and psychologists but there are excellent pdocs/therapists too, so just never give up and when you start to get this urge to cut, etc. I would suggest you call or even see your pdoc as soon as possible, they can't be of much help to you if you sort of hide this from them. You need help and should not delay on seeking it.
You are welcomed to talk to those on the SI forum, maybe they can offer some support and suggestions, the members at this site are very supportive, warm people, and are willing to listen to others.
Feel free always to stop and chat with us either through posts or PM's, even check if anyone is on "chat", talking to someone may help delay or diffuse the urge to cut.
