On Geodon 160 - 180 mg, I had no orgasms.

On Geodon 80 mg, I had orgasms, but they are were a bit mechanical and not a full-body-mind experience. Sort of too local and too physical. And, I had no sexual fantasizing.

Off Geodon, I have full-fledged orgasms and, little-by-little, am resuming fantasizing.

This is to illustrate that side effects are dose-dependent and I would at least try to reduce the dose of Prozac.

Also, try to take Prozac as soon as you wake up. It is a good idea generally, since Prozac can produce insomnia if taken later in the day, and doing so might make the blood concentration of Prozac smaller by night.
