Don't apologize for having an opinion! My reaction is out of proportion - I'm just trying to actually stay in touch with my stupid reactions to things rather than dissociating from them. It's hellish, but I feel like I'm learning something from them.
So, someone disliking something I like makes me feel as though
I am as bad and worthless as the disliked thing, and that I am stupid for liking it.
