Where did you go to fill out Medicad Form?
Also because you have no income, where do you and your child live?
Who is supporting you/child, if you live with your parents and they file tax returns with you and your child as dependants, then you would not be eligible.
If you live with your boyfriend/baby this may also disqualify you if he is working.

Do you understand that medicade and medicare are two different programs.
Are you sure you applied to the right one? There is another program, Family care.

There are ways to become eligible in both cases.

Dont worry about the denial letter, turn it over and choose to appeal, you have a certain amount of time to do this.
