sometimes anything can trigger an anxiety attack. I understand all too well. I panic a lot over the tiniest things. Try taking a deep breathe and close your eyes and count to ten. While doing that try to find a safe warm corner or memory of your mind and focus on that. I have a 52" flat screen that stays on all night. I also have little night lights all over the house in case I wake up. My anxiety is pretty bad as well...I have a beautiful bedroom upstairs, but because I am paranoid and my 12 yr old sleepwalks...I can't sleep upstairs, for fear of him walking out of the house....it's scary and I also struggle to sleep even downstairs. hang in there and cleanse the room and house....that's what I would try. Hope things get better.
