Well I went to my apt today and they ended up putting on a mood stabilizer! I am hopeful it will help. I have tried it at the age of 12 and it scared me so bad I refused to try it again. I have been desperate lately and decided to let the doc take over and just do what he says. So round 2 with lithium....praying for some relief.
