Hi there and welcome!
I like you...I've done the therapy, etc., and there are times I still feel like I did all those years ago...not whole by a long shot.
I think with me, it's just that...feeling. That's when I have to intellectually find out what might be triggering this feeling and try to work with it. This can help to bring the body and mind together in a good way.
It's difficult to continually work on being "OK".
