I take a pill called trileptal that can interfere with birth control pills. I also take depo shots.

usually on the shots I have almost no period. But all the sudden 1 day I had a normal period. I did some research and found out the pill can make a shot to wear off early

So I talk to my doctor and the doctor said I just needed the shots more often. I had a negative urine pregnancy test and he gave me another shot

But now I am having usual symptoms I'm having unexplained back pain unexplained mood swings unexplained nausea and I am gaining weight

The period I had could have been a sign that my last shot wore off

I found out it is possible to conceive right before the shot and still get pregnant even if you get the shot do you think the scenario is likely or am I overreacting?
