i work full time as well as therapy. for many years i had to take off from work every week, at the same time. luckily when i asked my boss if i could do that for an "appointment," he was fine with it. he never inquired further. now, i work at the same company, but two different positions. i go in my break between positions, middle of the day. it is usually fine because i work with 2 year olds they keep me busy
