dont downgrade the vitamin theory though. thats like blasting the gluten theory yet so many accept that!

vitamins might work for some people - even if psychiatry says they never had the disorder to begin with - god forbid they say "disease".

im not saying its for everyone or even the majority. NOT even saying it cures it but could reduce amount of medication needed.

funny how no one questions psychiatry like this but theyll question everything non-psychiatric in regards to treating mental health. you literally just said a defining statement about psychiatry. think about it.
