I'm so sorry this banning occurred. To me it suggests a big problem with the system. Nobody wants to go the extra mile for anybody any more. If you cause the least bit of problems, as far as they are concerned, then out you go--whether your "problems" were actually justified or not.

Is there no one you folks can appeal to in these cases?

If need be, then at least call a crisis line, if you want someone live to talk to. (But don't yell at them. That's gotten me in trouble before.)
