hello pal i do not think there is anything wrong with you at all but i think as a preventative measure you should seek some gentle help to ensure that you do not develop into something that means you end up in a state of constant stress. it is very helpful to develop coping mechanisms for stress to use when things get overwhelming and maybe a therapist or counsellor can teach you some to use in the future. hope things work out!
