Tonight I was working on a report I had due in the coming days. I got frustrated and began to slam things and cry. I kept telling myself I am worthless and I will never accomplish anything. (My worst subject in school is math if that helps with something)

Often I find myself thinking that someone is extracting thoughts from my mind and that someone is seeing everything I am doing through my eyes. (Tin-Foil hat time?)

I generally act happy around the few buddys I have, but when I get home I just fall apart. What I usually do in my spare time is play computer games. Sometimes I lose track of what I am thinking about and my vision kinda goes blank, like something is being released in my mind. A great example is I was looking at the emote and I just went blank. Forgot what I was doing. When this happens it really scares me.
Im sorry but we cant tell you whether anything is wrong with you or not. only your treatment providers (medical doctor, therapist or other mental health person) can tell you that...

what we do here is share a bit about ourselves and if someone happens to have the same problems you have then we may post about our own situation, whether or not this was something wrong in ourselves and how their own treatment providers got them through it. basically letting each other know we are not alone.

the only other thing I can tell you is that for some teens your age this is normal and for others it isnt.

for me having temper tantrums like this was normal and not so normal depending on other accompanying symptoms.

my best advise to you is that if this continues to bother you contact your doctors. they can help you discover if there is something medically or mentally wrong with you or if this is normal for you.
