I have been trying to find the name of the version of ocd that I've got.Today I got some idea that its called:
Functional impairment:neglect in self care/hygiene.

It seems that this describes my problems as I used to have it to the point that ocd stopped me doing daily grooming things such as:
trimming my hair,
shaving,
trimming my fingernails and toenails
using soap all over
trimming hair around the nostrils and ears
showering
wearing clean/new clothes
Basically any forms of grooming.

In these last 10 months my life has changed so dramatically.I've made so much progress,most people who know me can't believe its me.I look clean,healthy and tidy.People who havent seen me since october last year will be in for a shock.

Now that I know that this form of ocd has a name I need to find others who have it too.If you know anyone please ask them to get in contact here.
