Yup. you are going to be seeing phsychiatrists alot for phsych evals. here they have you go through them left and right. first when children go into care then one before they start visitation if there is a break in visitation, updates evey year that the child is in foster care and you have contact with that child as long as the case is coded "reunification". and the no concern for you is normal of a child protective services caseworker. Their job is to care for the child and do what is in their best interest. everything on the parental side of things is just formality and they don't have to care for it or you. Next time you might try calling your lawyer instead of the caseworker. your lawyer is supposed to be doing what is best for you and your side of the case. Let him/her know you won't be there and then he/she will attend that meeting to represent you.
Tip - Document EVERYTHING, every meeting you go to, every meeting you don't go to and why, what you are told during those meetings, what you are being asked to do and so on. Keep notes right in front of everyone and when possible have those people in attendance of the meetings sign your notes so that later on they cant say those notes are not accurate.
This way you have evidence later on if needed as to your participation and how others on the case are handling and running the case. It was through my documentation that a caseworker here was investigated and fired for breaking federal laws and so on.
hang in there.
