These are not migraines, according to neurologists. I can't take any standard pain killers, like Vicodin--even one prescription dose sends me over the top to psychotic and into a psych unit.
Well, I guess they work--I forget the pain, but I forget where I am, who I am, who everyone else is, etc.

ive had severe migraines or what i think thats what they are since i was 9. i was put on pain meds off and on since i was 9 too. it was and still is bad. never been to a nuerologist though...
but...but sometimes the pain meds dont help and they are prescription! nothing else helps either. sleep doesnt. i can goto sleep and still have it when i wake up.
