Hi! I am not a therapist, but I'm wondering if you aren't harboring some anger toward her. I think we all get annoyed with our children sometimes, but it does sound like these thoughts are getting too intrusive.
If you are not seeing a therapist, then I strongly suggest that you talk to one about what's going on. I'm sure these thoughts are very distressing--both for content and frequency--and you need to get them out of your head. Okay?
