I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder as well, so I know how you feel! Perhaps your therapist can suggest a support group for you in your area. I think that it would be helpful to be able to talk/relate to others who share your experiences.
I've tried to talk to friends and family, who just tell me to "just stop worrying", and this only makes it worse because I can't simply stop the worry.
Have you tried any workbooks yet?
