You should post in the anxiety panic attack forums that under the mental health support for more responses to your concerns.

From what I understand, there is anxiety involved that stresses you out. A therapist could help you straighten how to effectively deal with-your emotions drastically changing with resulting effects.

I would suggest calming distractions that help you focus on, at first simple games or music.
But you do need a doc to investigate your present situation.
