You're feeling like not going out and seeing your pdoc or therapist. Is that it? Is it more?
I wonder why. Is it tiredness? weariness? shame? anger?
I'm wondering if it would work to just go with the intention of showing up, but not talking if words don't come? or take some crayons or modeling clay and take it with you to draw or play with clay? Maybe then tell the therapist about the art IF YOU FEEL LIKE after you've created it. (would you therapist think that is too weird?)
