I don't want to be a downer, but I have contacted a few different crisis lines and they don't help. They don't know you and they guess wrong. I called a suicide line just last weekend. At the end they asked if they could call me in a few days and check up on me. I said sure, but I don't believe you're really going to do it. And guess what? Still haven't heard from them.

That's just me. Maybe others have found them helpful. If you haven't tried, maybe you should. After all, I'm still here, aren't I?
