I didn't stay with him very long. Not only that, but before my first visit, he called me at home and wanted to know how I was going to PAY for it!! What a jerk.
Then there was the therapist who sexually molested me. I ran from him FAST!!
My shrink in the mental hospital was great, and I saw her for a year. Then she retired.
The one I loved was a pschologist - I could tell her anything. She was just awesome, and showed me how to get my power back. Without her, I wouldn't be as healthy mentally as I am now. I owe her almost everything.
So it is important that you can relate to your therapist. Otherwise it just doesn't work. Hugs, Lee
