With regard to your triggers, can you try avoiding the forums that are most likely to contain triggers? Unfortunately, that wont work if the forums that trigger are the ones which you want to use.

Personally I have to avoid the Sexual Issues forum. Even reading the most innocuous looking title can trigger intense feelings of "I'll never be loved or have an adult relationship" in me
