I don't see how you could only deal with depression and anxiety in isolation, because these may affect and be affected by other things in your life.

I thought I was going to therapy to deal with anxiety and stress. Seems I have a whole bunch of other stuff to deal with, which was leaking out in the form of disproportionate/displaced stress over little things.

Now I have no clue. Whatever happens happens, I guess.
