im a 60 yr old man with diadetes and hi blood pressure.i had a hernia op over a year ago and since then i;ve had ramdon erections that can last for up to four hrs i have tried just about everything under the sun but the only real thing that works is masterubation but it takes longer and longer i saw this post so i hope i can get some help
