Spring has proven to be the time of onset for the worst moods/episodes. I am rather excited about summer though, because the mood stabilizer has been helping me a bit but apathy and lethargy remain often. In Spring and Summer I tend to be agitated and can't sleep -- but this year I am hoping that I can experience the increased energy without the dysphoria.
These past couple of weeks, however, have been panic attacks, panic attacks, panic attacks. Maybe Spring has already crept up on me and it's no fun at all.
