Sometimes it can be stress related, medications that u may be on, or just general thoughts that could be nothin or you think they don't bother you.. But your brain is saying it does.
Sometimes just thinking about an attack can trigger one also. Also, caffeine , redbull, monster etc could contribute to one. Because they speed up your heart rate , and you could be fine then bam.. Can't breathe.
When having an attack I've found that using ice packs on my wrists and neck calm me down, and try to get a drink of something with a little sugar in it since your blood sugar could be low . Think happy stupid thoughts. Ponies , cats, rainbows, anything that could make you laugh or smile .
