Well I made it through a very busy day without sleep. I saw the temp arnp psychiatric nurse practitioner. She was GREAT! I wish she would be my ongoing one. I will meet permanent one on the 19th. She gave me amitriptyline for sleep 100mgs, but she said if it doesn't work I can call and let them know.

My sister helped me out so much today. I'm living on barely anything and she bought me shoes, laundry soap, ya know the things you can't buy with food stamps. Yes I'm getting help from the government, and with my bipolar and ptsd it is extremely difficult to keep a job. I do hope to go back to college though one day.

Well I took night meds hope I sleep.
